Rules

Well! These will be fairly simple, if you've seen them before. If not, well... guess it's time to get used to seeing these?

Respect the admins and other members. It's pretty much treat them the way you want to be treated. We're supposed to be a family (sort-of), so even if we argue we need to treat everyone equally.

Do not spam/harass/bully/flame. Spam is short pointless annoying messages. Bullying is just- no. Bullying will get you permanently banned from the site. Flaming is basically degrading the site and its plot.

Mature themes. Lamia is a 2-1-2 site. Meaning that we can curse in character but not in the c-box. Proboards has a strict policy/TOS regarding the ages of people. So be aware that 13+ are on the site. There will be no graphic sex mentioned; if you want to RP that, do it off of Lamia where we cannot see it. Since this is basically an apocalyptic RP, we will expect to see violence. Do not get over graphic in describing gore with flowery language.

Unfair roleplaying. This includes god-modding and powerplaying. God-modding is pretty much a character who has the limits above and beyond to do anything they like. An example would be a character unable to be wounded or killed no matter what others try. Powerplaying is essentially taking control of another person's character without that member's permission. When characters battle each other, please try to keep the fights fair. The instance that occurs after it will have to be roughly planned out with the other member.

Activity. Yes, I realize people have lives outside of the computer. However, I would genuinely appreciate it if there was evidence of at least one IC threads completed in the span of a month. I'm not going to execute an activity check, but you will be reminded to send in those threads by the end of the month. If two months has passed with no activity or even seeing you online, accounts will be deleted, and the character put up for adoption.

Claims. Claims available include face and occupation claims. After a month of not seeing you active, your claims will be up for grabs. Again, after two months your account will be deleted and your character put up for adoption or in  the NPC list.

Characters. This is an account-per-character site, although you may have an OOC account as well. Only three characters are allowed. This is to keep the admins from being stressed about doing certain things. The first two can be made at any time, and the third can only be made once you've been a member for four months.

• At least one of your characters must be an adoptable.
• Only one gorgon per-person. You may have a second gorgon only if the character is an adoptable.

Cbox. The Cbox is a privilege, and not a right. You may not curse in the cbox, spam it up excessively (no more than 3 in a row please, unless adding productively to the conversation), or be disrespectful. Keep all political, religious and racial topics out of it. No arguing. Period. It is a place to relax and chat among friends. Also, it is not a place where you can dump all of your feelings on and expect people to understand. Bring that to a staff member, and we can see what we can do to help.

Inventory Tracker. Every single last character is required to have an inventory tracker here. You may keep all of your character's trackers together in one thread, or make individual ones. Keep it up to date with any items purchased from the store, or found while scavenging.
